Re connecting

I redid my piece on connecting, I used Photoshop this time because I felt like I could make it more like how I envisioned with Photoshop rather than Illustrator. I like it so much better!

Midsummer forest ideas

 So a few ideas I have are to use either a Roman sculpture theme, a crystal/mineral theme or a giant sea shell theme. I'm not sure which one I like the best.

Project 3 Color Choices..

 Ok so here's the redone project 3, hopefully its an improvement >.<  The first one is the original and the other 2 are different  colors I'm playing with. I'm not sure which one I like best, any thoughts???

New Design

Alrightyyyyy, I hated my last design and was getting so frustrated with it so I changed it to something that was more my style. This is the scene where hes running through the woods at the end and everythings all crazy. I still have a lot to work on but I'm so much happier with how this is looking.

Mysterious Fruit~

The mood I tried to create was mysterious, I'm trying my best t paint well in photoshop, I'm used to traditional paint so its been a difficult transition, I hope it looks descent :/

This is kinda what I have in mind for the next project. I wanted to illustrate the opening scene since I believe it is such a transitional stage for the protagonist, the threshold.  I still want to change things in the background but this is the basic idea :)

The ones I did after the practice one in class, I tried making interesting textures in the background and have the ball fit in with what the background looked like, I experimented with some colors and shading. The moods I chose for the balls are 1. Passion, 2. Awkward, 3. Earthy/grounded, 4. Unsure.

Project 2, Connecting!

I really like how it turned out, I have never really made art in illustrator so I think it turned out pretty good. My idea of connecting has more dark undertones of humanity being consumed and entangled in wires of communication and how we neglect the other important things around us.

Heres what I have so far for project 2, Im having a little trouble make patterns that are pretty yet got with my theme, I still want to put a texture on the table and maybe the skin of my character.

Finally got around to picking my colors, I have more of a moody, serious idea for this project, so the colors I'm picking are more muted and serious.
